I cant say enough good things about this company! After finding mold in my basement when I began some renovations, I searched for companies that do this work and I came across Mold Techs amazing website. I reached out to book a consultation and Tyler promptly responded and was out to my house within two days. He was so easy to work with, he explained everything that needed to be done. He was honest, and he truly cared about doing the best job he could do to make my house healthy to live in. Him and his partner did fantastic work. I could go on and on about how pleased I am about how they left things. Now my basement is ready to complete. The air quality of my whole house has changed for the better. I highly recommend contacting Tyler if you ever have the problems I did.

We had some mold in our basement and contacted Mold Tech for a quote. Tyler was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He was responsive, flexible, answered all our questions with deep expertise and was honest on what work needs to be done VS. what may not be necessary. We were also able to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. On the scheduled date, they arrived on time and let us know exactly what work they were doing via text as the day progressed, and once the work was finished they walked us through the now-clean worksite and gave us tips on how to keep the mold away for good. We would 100% work again with Mold Tech.

Way over priced and left me with all the open area which cost me thousands of dollars to repair. If I knew that they wouldn’t complete the job fully would never ever go with them .

We received a call from our basement tenant in a rental property and they were concerned that there were major leaks in the foundation as it was so wet down there. I called and Tyler picked up the phone and listened to the issue and immediately gave me confident and accurate advice. Instead of selling me hundreds and thousands of dollars of repairs he was thinking that it was not a leak at all but heavy humidity in the basement. He advised that I put on a dehumidifier and then we scheduled a time for him to come out and do an inspection on site. Yesterday he met me at the property and he confirmed that the basement and foundation is fine and offered some further advice to keep the humidity down in the summer. We had Tyler and Matt help us through the whole process. We found them to be extremely helpful from start to finish. We had some Mold in our cold room which had to be stripped back to the concrete. This was done in a very short time and they kept everything confined, neat and tidy. They looked into the rebuild process for us and gave us a list of ‘to-do’s’ to refinish it as a storage area so that the Mold would not come back. They went above and beyond and made us feel very comfortable and educated about the whole process. We would highly recommend them.

We went with another company orginally & it was not done fully. Then we called in Mold Tech & they came to the rescue. Not only did they come promptly but they corrected the issue that the first company left behind after they were paid & left the place spotless. The job was done correctly the furst time. Moldtec did an amazing job removing mold from a barn on our property that had a leaking pipe for weeks without anyone noticing. With their expertise and skilled professionals they were able to completely remove all the mold on all the walls and ceilings. There is no evidence whatsoever that there was ever a mold issue at all.
