Trail Appliances

We bought a complete appliance package from trail when we bought our new home. we chose all whirlpool appliances as they had a reputation of being a good product and we had had good luck with them in the past. approx. 6 weeks after moving in our new dual oven induction stove would not turn on and only flash the error code feature not available. we tried turning it on again and it made a loud bang almost sounded like a gunshot and blew the main fuse. trail sent a repairman out and he said they would need to replace the boards so they were ordered. one week later the boards came in and one was damaged so i was told they would come and change the one board so i would at least have an oven. i took a second afternoon off of work so i could be their for their repairman. He arrived changed board no change. whirlpool tech service would not help him on the phone as he was not one of their techs. I was told the service manager would call me (never did). i have asked for a new stove or my money back several times now and they tell me that they cannot do that because whirlpool wont back it up. i still have no stove in my new home and no idea when i will. I was always taught that good customer service meant you took care of the problem and then worried about who was going to pay for it. trail seems to feel that it is more important they dont get stung for a couple hundred of bucks then for me to have a new stove (which i paid for ) in my new home. as trail will not back the product up i would suggest saving some money and buying it online.

Went to a couple of different places and was very impressed with the south side store. They have so many models to look at. Taylor and jay helped me both were very helpful and knowledgable. Got a very fair price and would defiantly recommend them to others .

We bought our appliances through Matt at Trail, and although I don't love that you have to essentially barter for prices, I do feel like we got nice appliances for a good price. When my fridge actually went on sale within a month at a better price than what I paid, they refunded me the difference without a fuss.
Their service technician (whose name escapes me, maybe Russ?) was great when we needed some minor warranty issues dealt with on the fridge as well.
All in all, I would buy at Trail again, but do your research before accepting a price!

I bought a fridge from clearance and a stove freezer and dishwasher from trail. Our salesman Jeremy was amazing and matched and beat all competitors, honoured warranty on our fridge and has been helpful two years later in installing a reverse osmosis. And they also send customers free homes how tickets

We were at the Home & Garden Show and looked at the appliances that Trail has on display. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff in the booth. Decided to go to the store on Sunday and purchase a Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher. Staff in store were not quite as knowledgeable and it was kinda about making the sale not about what our needs were. A but of a different attitude for sure, but we did buy from them anyway as the price was right, and we used then information we had received at the Home Show to make our decision. .

I am very satisfied with the service provided. The staff provided good advise for selection and helped us make the right choice. Overall friendly staff and the installation was neat and professional. I would recommend them.

We purchased a dishwasher. Salesman was great. No pressure to upgrade and explained products very well to us. The installer was really great and I would highly recommend both the store and the installer.

excellent selection, competitive prices. customer service is great and will match or offer best prices on same products. now on this is the only stop i go for my appliances.

We choose Trail because we had bought there before. Unfortunately the fridge has broken down twice in one year. They fixed it the first time but it broke again. The service we received was good but the appliance was faulty.
