My repairman was very professional and friendly. He called a few minutes before arriving and came right on time. He was really good and took the time to seal up food that was in my fridge. Would use Elite again for sure!

184258 Job Reference. The technician arrived on time and I liked the fact that they informed me every step of the way when they were coming up to the final 30 minutes. I was quite surprised that they took the time to really inspect the product and understand my concerns unlike other companies I dealt with. I received a new cooktop and it was installed professionally. He was also friendly with my dog Lucy which made it much easier for me to control her around a stranger. Thanks again and I WOULD recommend their service!!

Had to have my dryer serviced by Elite Appliance Service the other day. The experience with this service was extremely pleasant from getting an appointment very quickly to the very courteous and knowledgeable tech Sheba who came to do the repair. She took her time to explain things and even give suggestions as to how to make the dryer more efficient. I was extremely pleased with this service and highly recommend them if you need any work done. ticket number 4131112289. My dryer is now working perfectly! Thanks Elite Apploance Service!

Ironically, speaking to customer service was the worst part of the experience, aside from the cost (including a $100 fee simply to come to your home to diagnose the problem). The representative I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending and probably should not be dealing with the public. More positively, I was able to get a convenient appointment for a service call.

The service technician arrived about 15 minutes before the end of the 3-hour window they give you as a time frame. He went about his task briskly and in a business-like (somewhat detached) way and repaired the dishwasher that day. It seems to be working well now.
