Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

My brand new fridge wasn't working right and elite made it better than new. The technician was punctual, well mannered and finished the job very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Samsung sent Elite to repair my 5 month old dishwasher that wasn't draining properly. Elite Appliance followed up within one day and offered appointment options with the first being the very next day. The service tech was polite, respectful, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He provided further info on a issue I was having with another appliance. The after care follow up was again, first rate. I am a Real Estate salesperson and I'm always asked for service referrals and I didn't have an exceptional appliance repair service in my toolkit until now.

I have to start off with Induction cooktops are a bit pricey and replacing the glass on them are close to half the cost of the unit.

My heart stopped when our teenaged daughter woke us up by accidentally dropping a pepper shaker on our 3-year-old induction cooktop.

I immediately called GE and asked them for suggestions on authorized repair shops in my area. Two came up - when I googled Elite Appliance their online rating was excellent.

However, Elite Appliance's customer service is amazing! Rob said he would call me back when he had an ETA of the delivery and he did. I got emails and text messages with ETA updates and install times. The cooktop glass was installed within a reasonable timeframe.

The service technician was also great, he was respectful of my home, install went smoothly, he cleaned after the work was complete.

From placing the service call through to having the technician come to the house...they were courteous and professional. They explained how the diagnostics worked and clearly pointed out the potential costs involved with fixing our appliance (Order number 226381) . I would strongly recommend this company to someone who is looking for an honest appliance service company who spring on 'hidden' costs.

Order reference 1611654. My Avantgarde beverage center stopped working and this is the company that Avantgarde recommended for service. My experience with Dong their service technician was great - he was pleasant and fixed the problem in under an hour. However, I was very put off by their billing. There is a flat rate of $8.75 for the technicians gas that you pay on top of their $100 service call. I understand this is likely because they contract their work out to independent service technicians but if they would lump that into the service fee it would be much less off putting. How ridiculous is it that I have to pay for someone's gas to do their job on top of paying them for the job they did? Especially considering that most independents are expensing their gas anyways come tax time. It doesn't look good from a customer service perspective.

After using a number of other appliance companies, Elite Appliance proved to be the best one because they solved the problem. Samsung arranged for Elite to identify the problem and address it. Bernie of Elite Appliance is quite considerate and knowledgeable. He treated my house and fridge like it was his own. He explained the problem and made two more trips back to the house with parts to ensure that the problem was fixed. Thank you!

Had a problem with my 6 month old samsung dishwasher. Samsung works with Elite in my area and sent the repair request to them. Lo and behold - I didn't need to chase down an appointment - they actually reached out and contacted me a very short time after Samsung issued the order. (You know how rare this is!)

The communication with their dispatch was exceptional - the Elite team kept in touch with me, booking confirming and changing my appointment time (at my request) by text as I preferred. The repairman was early and dealt with the issue while providing me with tips for my dishwasher. He left the site clean and tidy. Great service experience!

It was an amazing service from Benjamin (Samsung). Our Samsung dishwasher had a little bit of a problem with finishing up our load and drying our dishes. We are not that familiar with all the settings on the dishwasher, but he helped us a lot. Thanks so much! Our dishwasher is better than ever!
