Replaced Glass on Induction Cooktop - Work Order number 227001
I have to start off with Induction cooktops are a bit pricey and replacing the glass on them are close to half the cost of the unit. My heart stopped when our teenaged daughter woke us up by accidentally dropping a pepper shaker on our 3-year-old induction cooktop. I immediately called GE and asked them for suggestions on authorized repair shops in my area. Two came up - when I googled Elite Appliance their online rating was excellent. However, Elite Appliance's customer service is amazing! Rob said he would call me back when he had an ETA of the delivery and he did. I got emails and text messages with ETA updates and install times. The cooktop glass was installed within a reasonable timeframe. The service technician was also great, he was respectful of my home, install went smoothly, he cleaned after the work was complete.
