My Samsung Microwave didn't work out of the box and their warranty department sourced the work out to Elite Appliance. Service was prompt and communication was great, especially if you agree to communicate via text. They provided an arrival window of 3hrs and texted their arrival 20-30 mins before hand. Service technician was very professional and personable. Fixed the issue in one visit and returned a second time to fix a broken part they did not have on hand. Each time very satisfied with the service and work. Elite customer service also followed up after the visit to ensure all went well. Would definitely recommend.
