Gary was very professional and understanding of our budget. He gave us several options and even obtained services to get our floors replaced. We are in the middle of the project now and I am more than confident in writing a positive review for him. I would recommend Gary to any of my friends or family. I had a flood insurance claim and my insurance company used First General as the project managers for the repairs. The two week job ended up taking over a month and when the project manager went on vacation all work stopped and did not start again till I escalated to their corporate office. The project manager was argumentative, never came to site to see any of my concerns, work was not finished when they said it was and had to argue to have them come back to finish all the deficiencies. I would not recommend them for any work and if your insurance company uses them go with someone else.

My Samsung Microwave didn't work out of the box and their warranty department sourced the work out to Elite Appliance. Service was prompt and communication was great, especially if you agree to communicate via text. They provided an arrival window of 3hrs and texted their arrival 20-30 mins before hand. Service technician was very professional and personable. Fixed the issue in one visit and returned a second time to fix a broken part they did not have on hand.
