Liam, Nathan and their crew built a back deck and fence for us earlier this summer so we already had a great impression and knew what we were getting when we inquired about our porch. We needed our porch surface redone so we asked Liam and he was able to squeeze us in between other jobs. Aside from great workmanship these guys are always as accomodating as they can be and will ensure any job they do is done well. If anything needs tweaking they will come back in a heartbeat and make sure above all their customer is happy. They are truly a great bunch, friendly, clean, reliable, responsive, and do great work. Could not ask for more out of a company - especially when there are so many unreliable contractors out there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services. They are top notch.

The guys at Good Looking Homes did an outstanding job!! We could not believe the difference the power-washing made on our old deck. Showed up on time and did a great job. 10 out of 10.

We hired Liam to stain our deck and Gazebo in July. The Gazebo was fine but the stain on our deck started peeling after one week. Liam's guys came back two weeks later and put a second coat on-top of the first coat that was peeling. The stain on the deck started peeling again within 2 weeks. Liam's guys then came back a couple of weeks ago (2 months later) and the pictures will show you what our deck looks like now. I told Liam that he needed to sand the deck before adding layers of stain but he wouldn't listen. He says now his guys can't do anything until the spring. Liam constantly makes excuses and is the most incompetent contractor I have ever hired.

This is the second time I've used Liam for my landscaping. Though a small project, Liam took the time and care as if it was a large project. He ensure the right sealant was used and his crew was extremely professional. The project was done on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

I needed the ceiling of a warehouse space that I'm renovating power washed. Liam and his crew were amazing. Came by the day I called and gave me an estimate. They were accommodating when I had to reschedule. On the day of the job, they showed up on time, finished sooner than they had estimated and only charged me for the hours it took. First rate service and I'll use them again.

Liam and his team did a good job of cleaning and restaining our deck, including replacing some boards. They also cleaned some of our stonework. Liam arrived the same day when I requested a quote, and followed up with a detailed job quote. He came by after his team completed the job, and noticed that they had left some stain cans on our lawn and took them away. I would recommend Good Looking Homes to friends, and plan to have them back to put some posts in for a playhouse.

Good Looking Homes was quick to respond to email inquiries and provided an outstanding job/workmanship on the public deck that is utilized by 200+ in an upscale condo. I have received numerous compliments on the deck. Great Job!

We were looking at getting our deck re-stained and had read some favourable reviews on Homestars for Good Looking Homes. Liam was incredibly prompt to come by our house and provide us a quote for the back deck. Although I wanted to re-stain our cedar deck, Liam advised against it as we couldn't match the colours consistently (which is true). We also had two doors replaced to the deck and the back yard gate. Again, Liam was very attentive however there were a few things that could have been done or explained better. The day his team was coming to the house (while my husband and I were at work) - he asked what kind of doors we wanted. This is something that I thought would be covered in advance and not the morning of the installation.

Upon completion, the back deck door was not installed as outlined and paid for in the quote (one door instead of two doors which was his recommendation) Also, on the morning his team was coming to stain - he asked us to "pick a colour" but didn't provide a swatch or recommendation as "colour was subjective". The colour Russet Brown was a little "redder" than I would have liked as we had a beautiful cedar deck that was now half painted a reddish colour.

Instead of stopping the job, choosing another colour and incur another thousand dollars in additional labour and supplied, we decided to complete the job. When the team was done (and they worked well into the night) there were a few pieces of wood that had not been painted. I asked his team to touch up the job and when they came out - there are still pieces that aren't painted - specifically the two spindles missed on the back of the deck. We've decided to simply touch up the job ourselves at this point. Liam is a decent guy and they did a good job on the deck however I don't believe I could recommend the job of his team to friends or family but they did work hard at the job.
