Dan built and installed several drawer pull outs in my kitchen a few weeks ago and I wanted to use them for awhile before jumping to write a review even though I already knew more or less what I was going to say. Basically, my title says it all. Dan is the consummate professional. Gives you all of the information you need to make an informed decision, keeps his promises and delivers a quality product on time and on budget. You will not find anyone nicer or more ready to accommodate and help you figure out what you need. More than anything, the drawers are AMAZING. Top quality, solid, and they have transformed my kitchen. I could literally jump for joy every time I look in my cupboards and see how organized everything is now which was a dream for a very long time. Suffice it to say that if having your kitchen cupboards organized is YOUR dream then Dan the drawer man is the one that will make your dreams come true.

I contacted Dov at Invision Hardwood after speaking to a few different companies (a few well reviewed on Homestars). From the first conversation I knew I was dealing with a very different type of "salesperson." Right from the get go I was given a lot more info and insight about options we were considering (and very respectfully I might add). I knew right away I was not "being sold" but was instead speaking with someone who was truly interested in my job and how he could help. He put me in touch with his partner Roy and we made arrangements to meet at their store. Roy proved to be equally as informed, informative and helpful in providing ideas and options. Ultimately, we ended up going with Invision to lay new flooring throughout our main floor and second floor. They did an outstanding job on all fronts. From walking us through the wood selection, to committing to and sticking to timelines, to impeccable work throughout our house, my husband and I could not be happier. There are a lot of companies out there competing for this business but if I had to point to the thing that tipped the scale in favour of Invision, it would most certainly be the way in which things were communicated throughout the process. Roy was responsive, explained everything thoroughly at every turn, and stuck to each and every promise he made. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install new flooring. You will not go wrong with Invision Hardwood. Thank you guys for everything!!!

From the moment I called Andrew I was impressed with his candor and honesty regarding the availability of boxes and the timing of receiving boxes. I called at a very busy time (month end) and needed a quick turnaround but Andrew didn't brush me off, instead he immediately set about to figure out how to help me. He instructed me to fill out an online form on his website as a first step and then we began the process. He accommodated me on every front, delivered on every promise, was flexible, reachable and quick to respond throughout. I could not recommend a company more or give any company a better review. If I could give him a 6 star rating I would. If you are in need of packing boxes - this is the ONLY company you should call. Thanks for everything Andrew!!!

Liam, Nathan and their crew built a back deck and fence for us earlier this summer so we already had a great impression and knew what we were getting when we inquired about our porch. We needed our porch surface redone so we asked Liam and he was able to squeeze us in between other jobs. Aside from great workmanship these guys are always as accomodating as they can be and will ensure any job they do is done well. If anything needs tweaking they will come back in a heartbeat and make sure above all their customer is happy. They are truly a great bunch, friendly, clean, reliable, responsive, and do great work. Could not ask for more out of a company - especially when there are so many unreliable contractors out there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services. They are top notch.

I called Metrowest Gas & Appliance Installation to get a quote and Nick called me back right away. He came out with one of his guys a few days later and was able to hook up my BBQ with no issues. He tested everything and ensured he took the time to take me through how everything worked and also spent a few minutes giving me some advice on safe practices, etc. Nick is not only a very nice guy but did solid and thorough work. I would definitely recommend him and his company for this service.

Called and left a message that was promptly returned by Jack. We were able to quickly arrange a time for his guys to come out and clean our bbq. We were going to be away at the cottage so he just emailed me the invoice and I was able to pay him right away. The BBQ looked great and the place was left immaculate. Great service, would highly recommend them!

Called Liam and two other contractors for quotes on a deck and fence. Liam was the first one to call back and made a trip over the same day to look at the job. He is extremely responsive - quick and thorough and was able to give me a quote within a few days of our meeting. His quote did not come in as the cheapest nor the most expensive but mostly I liked his customer focus and responsiveness. He also provided references. He gave me an approximate start date, was easy to reach for questions and or design discussions before and throughout the project. His crew were also great group of guys, also good at answering any questions I had and the work they did was quality and was completed exactly as planned, on time and on budget. Great company and I would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone I know who needs either a deck or a fence or both.

Atiar was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and did an excellent job on the install. He was easy to reach by phone prior to the work being done, arrived on time and finished in the amount of time he quoted us. He's also a very nice and honest guy. I would highly recommend him for any dishwasher installation. 10 out 10.

Its taken me awhile to get the review done but I wanted to comment that Milorad did a very good job on our kitchen backsplash. He was professional and knowledgeable and thorough and did great work. I would definitely use him again. After the job was completed, we noticed a few funny looking tiles. Milorad came over the same day to look at what we were concerned about and fixed everything to the best of his ability. It turned out that the wall we tiled on wasn't straight, so as a result, the a few of the tiles are indented. He could not fix it because it was a problem with the wall, not the tiling. As it turned out we might've been better off selecting a different tile for the type of wall we were working with. If I had only one minor complaint to make it would be that perhaps given his broad knowledge in this area, he might've mentioned this to us in advance of the job. He did visit us for the quote and then came again on the day he was starting the work. I would suggest that he come the day or week the work begins to advise the client if the wall looks in good shape and just in case the tile selected might not work on the wall, he could let them know in advance of the work being done so they can at least make an informed decision. Other than this though, he was really wonderful, a very very nice man, a very honest person and did a great job. He was on time, on budget and did a very clean job. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

We needed some tuckpointing done and wanted to get the bricks cleaned first. Although we got off to a bit of bumpy start, Andy made sure to put our minds to rest that we had chosen the right company to work with. Every single person we dealt with at A&A were the utmost of professional, hardworking and honest. They did a great job for us and I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
