I moved into a house this year and decided my deck needed to be thoroughly cleaned. My stairs were also falling apart. A lot of the companies I called only did power washing or carpentry. Then Nathan came to give me a quote and was able to handle both jobs.

Everything was done promptly and I didn't have to be home for any of it. I was very pleased with the carpentry and will be having them back every year to clean my deck. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.

We moved into a new home in the winter and needed new wooden rails installed on then steps leading up to the porch. The contractor I had lined up kept standing me up and I was left in a bind. I needed these rails in a pinch because I have 3 young children who need to be safe going up and down the stairs to our home. This will be the third year we've had Good Looking Homes power wash our composite deck and seal our pressurized lumber deck. They're reliable, responsive and easy to work with, and they do quality work.

Nathan and his crew were outstanding. I had a 20 year old 2 level deck that was built the old way with long nails that needed resurfacing as the old top planks were completely rotten. Nathan came to give me a quote and at the same time we extended the deck and added a pergola. They repaired the foundation and reinforced it where required as well as added post for the steps that were nonexistent before. They designed it exactly as I wanted it to look and did an outstanding job. The total job took approximately 5 days. I was surprise on how fast they worked and finished the job. Nathan was very responsive in getting back to me and Stu, the head carpenter, was very open to changes on the fly. Now my deck looks great and so does the pergola and getting lots of compliments from my neighbors. I will definitely recommend them and hire them in the future.

This was the 1st time I've had a fence done so I got 10 quotes. Good looking homes had a very competitive price but more importantly had great reviews. After hiring them, I see why. The crew was professional, punctual, diligent, friendly and made sure I was happy with every detail. It's made a huge difference in my backyard. Liam is excellent to work with. He is professional, clear and prompt with communication and stands by his promise to see a job to the end. Last year he helped us re-finished our deck and the product we selected did not result in the outcome we wanted.
