Cadaxx prepared architectural and structural drawings in support of a building permit, which they also helped us submit. As first timers to the process, we found Alex very upfront, responsive and patient. Cadaxx was a one stop shop for us. I would highly recommend Alex and will be using Cadaxx again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Alex's services for a home renovation. Our first experience with Alex was in 2014 when we did a basement gut and renovation. We had an excellent experience with Alex at that time, which is why we went to him again for our home addition.
From our first meeting Alex was very patient and understanding, and gave us few options to think about. He provided drawings based on what we discussed and changed them as we needed. At the end we decided not to pursue the home renovation and buy a house instead. However we are very happy with Alex and team, and will absolutely go to him again for a third time!

We were searching for an architect when we were looking to build an attic extension. We decided to hire Alex after lengthy research which included talking with many architects and reviewing their portfolios. We had a number of conversations with Alex and met Alex several times in his North York office - a few steps away from Sheppard station. Alex is patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cadaxx exceeded my expectation and Alex's team is a real pleasure to work with.

We hired Cadaxx to provide design services and the creation of a full permit drawing set for our full home renovation.

Alex was great to deal with on this project and was very responsive to changes. He had access to great resources including an arborist, engineers, and a consultant who represented us at the Committee of Adjustment hearing. In the end, we received our permits within a few weeks of submission (over the holidays no less!) and we are no ready to break ground in the spring.

We had a wonderful experience with Alex from Cadaxx design. We had started our project with another architect and things did not work out well. Alex came in and saved the day - by listening to what we wanted, understanding our tastes and needs, and creating something that we were extremely happy about. He’s also extremely prompt to answer and come back with solutions and advice. We would 1000% recommend.

Cadexx design was very easy to deal with. They did our drawings as per specification and dealt with the city for permits. They made sure the city received the required info to get our permits quickly.
