We hired Cadaxx to provide design services and the creation of a full permit drawing set for our full home renovation. Alex was great to deal with on this project and was very responsive to changes. He had access to great resources including an arborist, engineers, and a consultant who represented us at the Committee of Adjustment hearing. In the end, we received our permits within a few weeks of submission (over the holidays no less!) and we are no ready to break ground in the spring. Thank you Alex!!

Chaz and her team have done an amazing job all summer tending to our gardens. We have a fairly lush environment in the front of our house and they have managed to make it look better than ever before. Chaz is also extremely responsive and even sends you a note when they are planning to visit your property. I've used two other landscaping companies over the past 3-4 years and none have come close in quality and professionalism to Gardens in the City. I strongly recommend them!

My daughter "accidentally" locked us out of a room and we couldn't find the key. Victory Locks came the next day on time and got us in without fuss. Thanks!

During the recent ice storm, a tree branch fell on the service line to our home and almost tore off the anchor point to our house. I knew that Toronto Hydro would not be able to restore service unless I had a new one installed. Anthony answered my call on the first ring, offered to come by within 30 minutes (he was already in my area), and had the new anchor installed in no time for a very reasonable rate. He took great care to not disturb the existing one as it was still anchoring our service line (and holding up a massive tree branch!) His professionalism, candour, and good sense of humour were all welcomed and I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to use his services again. You shouldn't either.

I've hired my share of contractors over the years...some good, some not so good. Darby and crew are in a class to themselves. These guys define integrity. Honest, hard working folks with their heart in the right place. The regular compliments apply of course. Reasonable quote, showed up on time, clean work site, fantastic communications, etc... But there's more... a sense that you don't need to worry. That they'll be there if something goes wrong. That they'll do what it takes to make you happy. My dad worked in the trades his whole life. It's a hard career and one that is often thankless. I think the best compliment I could give Darby and his team is that their work ethic reminded me of my dad. Keep it up guys... The industry needs more people like you.

Mr Roof Repair was great! Fast response, professional service, great documentation. Broken/missing shingles were replaced, eavesthrough were cleaned, caulking applied where required. They responded to my request quickly and were at my home within a couple of days (I didn't require emergency service.) Highly recommended! Pierre
