Cadaxx Design

Cadaxx produced as built drawings as well as drawings to submit to submit with our permit. They were accurate and efficient, and we received our permit with only one minor revision which we anticipated ahead of time. Overall we were vert satisfied working with Alex and Sarah.

Our company uses Alex for all our custom home designs and clients always love the final result.

Sarah at Cadaxx Design drew plans for our home renovation project and helped us to secure a permit, which was not an easy or smooth process. She was a consummate professional -answering all of our questions in a timely manner, dealing with our concerns, and updating and adjusting plans when necessary. We hired Cadaxx about 9 months ago for drawings and permits. Unfortunately because of issues with the city, we had many issues to deal with. Cadaxx has been incredible the entire way.

Any changes or adjustments that were required, were addressed right away. Communication is amazing. Knowledge even more amazing.

We have now received our permits and are able to start renovations. It was not easy, but was definitely no stress because of the expertise from Cadaxx. City of Toronto is a pain to deal with, but if you choose the right firm, it truly makes a world of difference.

This is the third time we have worked with Cadaxx and yet again, we have been very pleased to have them complete our renovation drawings. Our current project is small in area, but has many small details which means we are always going back and forth sorting them out. Alex, Sarah and Team are always quick to get back to us and make communication easy. Again - it is a small job, but there have been many steps to get through the City Zoning and Permits and they navigate it for us which has been so helpful!

Alex and Sarah helped us from start to finish - visualizing the project (back addition and side bathroom/entrance) and then taking it through the permitting/review process.
