Great team! Phil and Randy are very detailed and provided me with a list of items that needed repair. I would not have known about most of these items by myself.

We got the keys to the new house and Phil and his assistant came over the next day to help complete our 30 day inspection. Boy I am so glad we did and we didn't wait a day later. In the rush of things, even big builders can make mistakes. If Phil and his assistant did not catch those early on - we would have been in big trouble down the road!

From the time we called to the final report in our hands - 5 days and all transactions handled professionally. I accompanied Phil throughout the inspection and he explained the process and observations as we went along. Very thorough. Price is competitive. I could find nothing negative to say at all.

Little did I know when I mentioned I was having Heating/Cooling issues they would know so much. I was making my own recordings but they had a better method and a form in their toolset I could follow so I could validate what we were experiencing and put it in a quantitative format. That alone was worth the visit for me although I received much more.

We hired Acker to conduct a home inspection for a house my mother wanted to make an offer on. Their team was prompt, friendly, and professional. They pointed out a number of features of the house (both good and bad). Before leaving the inspection, they provided a print out of the serious issues that need to be addressed immediately, and a link to download the full report. As I accompanied Phil during the inspection, he encouraged questions , provided maintenance tips, and discussed quality of materials and workmanship. Deficiencies found were relayed (electronically) to Randy. Two of those deficiencies were potentially serious. Before they departed I was provided a printed summary of the deficiencies along with suggestions for completing the warranty claim form and more detailed documents with photos were available to me through a secure link.
