I recently had a home inspection with Phil and Randy. They are an amazing team and walked me through everything in the house. Before I left the inspection, they had put together a defect log with pictures and details on their recommendations for fixes required on the home. I was blown away by the services they provided, exceeded my expectations and would recommend to everyone buying a house!
