I have used Scentral previously, never did I have such quite, polite and efficient workers in my home.

My light colored microfiber couch was quite stained.Once the team was finished cleaning it...I was very pleased with the transformation.It looked like new again. Nabil and his assistant were very thorough and worked very hard and took their time. They even went over certain parts to make sure all the stains had been removed.I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again. Thank you.

Window cleaning job for a woman of 94 years done on schedule date May 4th. Screen was not replaced in bedroom. Contacted them and had to wait for someone to come put screen in. One guy came and tried but was not able to do it. He stood the screen in front of the closed window and left. I called back and an appointment was scheduled for May 27 then covid struck down the person who was to come and put screen In properly. I was then contacted and informed May 29 or 30. Well I put the screen in myself today.

Decided to look into a deep cleaning after a very dirty roommate moved out. I had someone come to give me a quote and felt heavily judged by her at the state of my home. The lady also said some nasty things about my dog, how dogs and cats dont belong in the home and how they should live and sleep outside. I decided to go with the service anyway after calling to complain and being reassured it was just a misunderstanding (it wasnt).
I came home to many many things not cleaned. I asked and payed for a deep cleaning, & we went over everything I wanted done during the quote. This included the dishwasher, sticker residue on the floor, the chandeliers, and the fridge, among other things. None of these things were cleaned when I got back. They did everything in 2 hours for a substantially big apartment. Thats over 180$ per hour. So so awful.
