My furnace stopped working last night, and my humidifier and HEPA air filter hadn't worked for years. Nima arrived within 15 minutes of placing the call (luckily we was in the area). He repaired (rather than trying to upsell a replacement part) the furnace very quickly. He also looked at the humidifier and HEPA air filter during the service call, at no extra charge. I decided to move the location of the humidifier as it was not originally installed properly. He clearly explained the problem throughout the process, and what maintenance steps I should take going forward. Overall, Nima was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and fair. I would highly recommend.

Get experience with Nima. He was on time, took his shoes off at the door, and provided excellent service. Would recommend to all my family and friends and will defiantly be using them again in the future.

Nima came to check my furnace and discovered extensive rust damage & a minor crack in heat exchanger. The furnace was replaced the following weekend. The price is reasonable & the job was done professionally & in a timely manner. I would recommend them!

Fireplace was not working with or without remote. Turns out that
original parts required to fix were obsolete and not available. The only solution short of replacing the whole fireplace, which was very expensive, was to do a retrofit. I phoned Mr. Heat and got Nima who performed the repair. I am pleased to say that from the point of view of being knowledgeable, professional, expedient and courteous this guy is the best. I would not hesitate

Gas fireplace would not ignite. Nima provided same-day service, used diagnostic equipment to detect a problem with a temperamental wire connection in the thermostat and provided a prompt, cost-free solution. Nima was courteous, personable and accommodating, answering all questions. Two years ago, on a friend's recommendation, we switched to Mr. Heat for our furnace, AC and gas fireplace maintenance. In comparison to other services we have used, we have found them far and away the most prompt, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

When I called Mr. Heat I spoke to a person rather than a recorded message, which is rare these days. The owner answered and he and his crew came to install the next day.
They were professional, efficient and tidy. I would highly recommend this company, and will be calling them again for services in the future.
