My refrigerator stopped working . We called cascade they came on the same day and fixed it perfectly with a smile . We are very happy with the service , quality and speed of their work . They charged reasonably and guarantee their work .

Trustworthy, experienced, and fairly priced. Steve just works away while Linda assists, being very entertaining as she does so. She's also a fount of great ideas for appliance cleaning, brands that are best, etc etc. Can't wait to try the stove racks in the snow cleaning idea. Definitely our go to company for all appliance repairs in the future.

Our oven and drawer are older and discontinued, so Linda and Steve had to source and order parts, which required special attention. They were straightforward, honest and very knowledgeable. If I could give more than a 10 out of 10, I would. Steve and Linda are very knowledgeable, explained everything and gave terrific suggestions on how to address the issues I was experiencing with my appliances. They did not try to oversell, but gave information that explained why the problems were occurring so that I could take corrective steps. In addition, they are sincerely nice people and I will not choose anyone but them, and this company, in the future.

Dryer stopped working and called Steve and Linda, who came next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Also fixed my dryer vent and talked to them about my fridge and it frosting up. He looked at it no charge and let me know of a recall on it and how to fix. Great customer service, will definitely use them again!

the house I moved into came with all the appliances and I knew they were getting older. When my washing machine died I had a difficult time finding a full size replacement that would fit down my stairs.
So when my dryer stopped providing heat, I thought I'd have to start the search all over again and get prepared to pay big bucks (the smaller they are the more expensive they are.
I thought I'd try a repair first, but since my dryer is gas, it became a challenge to find someone who could have a look.
BOTH Linda and Steve showed up, Steve was able to figure out that it was the sensor. There was no up selling, he told me the price right away and had a part in his truck. He's given my old dryer another chance and saved me hundreds of dollars and the stress of finding something that will fit.

One of our gas range elements was not producing flame as before, approx. medium when turned on to high. Steve and Linda both arrived which was not expected. Steve quickly explained and demonstrated how to clean and maintain, a very easy fix that I can accomplish in future....and it sure beats buying new.
Linda also provided tips on cleaning and maintaining our fridge condenser coils and washer and dryer suggestions (with printed copy left).
All on a gas range service call. Fantastic teamwork and I highly recommend.

If you need your dishwasher fixed, call Steve & Linda right away. There are plenty of quotes out there, however if you want honest and dedicated people who will actually help you then call these guys - found them by referral and will gladly refer!

My washing machine needed to be fixed as it was leaking. This company is very trustworthy! They fixed my washing machine within one hour. Very friendly, great service. I definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thumbs up all the way! I’ll be calling them for any future appliance repairs.

my wash machine was leaking water. Called the company to fix it. The communication on phone was very smooth. they kept the schedule they promised and final charge what they asked in the quota. It's a reasonable price and no hidden fee. I definitely will contact them again if there is any appliance at home has problem in future.
