Hot water leak. Had to replace valve. Broken valve inside heater. He got it done. All good.

Install kitchen faucet and inspection of home plumbing. Very helpful with determining features for insurance purposes.

We had a new dishwasher installed about a year ago. The other night a hose popped off and the washer drained into the cabinet under the sink. The Gentlemen Plumbers came out to help. Turns out the new dishwasher was connected to the pipe with a hose that was too small for the area it was connected to, so naturally it popped out over time.
Gentlemen Plumbers replaced to pieces under the sink, reattached the hose. Work is guaranteed for a year.

Sam lived up to the name “gentleman” plumber. He arrived on time (a bit early!), explained the service, showed me the pricing, listened to what we had previously done and then got to work. He stopped to explain each step. He also solved the problem and tried to save us money along the way. I would definitely use him again.

Our Tech that came out was amazing, very thorough, knowledgeable-giving us educated feedback, and upfront. My concern was my original appointment was told they would arrive in 1/2hr to only get a phone call to reschedule. The next day the tech didn’t come is the specified time due to travel required to get a tool to complete a job I asked, only in the end not use it because it was not disclosed to me at the time of my call to make the appointment that these test are extra services that “may” have additional fees associated. My rating would have been higher if there was clearer communication from the phone service-Our tech Adam was great!

My plumber was prompt and professional. I would recommend this service to a friend. Work performed was to a high standard.

Had a problem with either the toilet or drainage. The workers were very informative and walked me through things as I was interested. Replacement of toilet was completed and I appreciate the walk through to the house pointing out where things are good but also need to be looked at

Had faulty main water shutoff valve replaced - Walter did excellent work, very informative and friendly, spelled everything out in advance, options, cost, time estimate - answered all my concerns...and no hard sell. Gentleman plumber indeed.

Our faucet on the exterior of our house had been installed incorrectly by the previous owners, resulting in a leak that caused water damage in our basement. Jesse was able to come the next day and correct the issue. Very pleased with the service and workmanship!

I was rebuilding my bathroom on the main floor. Wayne came into my home and assessed the work. He was fair, thorough and worked with me step by step to put in back together. My new bathroom feels like an oasis. Thank you gentlemen plumbers. Great job.
