Our Tech that came out was amazing, very thorough, knowledgeable-giving us educated feedback, and upfront. My concern was my original appointment was told they would arrive in 1/2hr to only get a phone call to reschedule. The next day the tech didn’t come is the specified time due to travel required to get a tool to complete a job I asked, only in the end not use it because it was not disclosed to me at the time of my call to make the appointment that these test are extra services that “may” have additional fees associated. My rating would have been higher if there was clearer communication from the phone service-Our tech Adam was great!
