He did a home inspection and fixed a leaky toilet. He went above and beyond and also checked our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and made appropriate recommendations. Very thorough and professional.

Plumber checked out system and pipes to make sure everything was working properly.
Recommended using BioSmart once a month to help do this.

Needed a camera run down the sewer for a home inspection. Plumber was good but dispatch gave him the wrong address. Was an hour and a half late. No discount provided.

Sam was a great plumber and was extremely professional. He was very methodical in his approach to the repair and also was very willing to educate me on why it might have happened in the first place. Sam was very careful with our pets and keeping our living areas clean.

On the company side of things, I really appreciated that the office staff was flexible in accommodating a specific time when I could make the appointment. Gentlemen Plumbers is a bit different than other companies - they have set rates for any job. Depending on how long the repair actually ends up taking, this could be bennificial or not to the customer. As with any service, try to do as much prep work as you can so that it will cost you the least (for example, if you find the leak yourself and have them come and repair it, it will be cheaper than having them diagnose where the leak is).

But overall, I liked how the company was straight forward, which is often not the case when dealing with a random trades company. The company also provides a complimentary home inspection which was great to have a second opinion for plumbing related items I’ve questioned in my house.
