The work was explained and priced before hand and I was given options for what was to be done. It was done quickly and he was very polite and cleaned up everything after. Friendly conversation and clearly focused on the need of the customer.

He explained the process and how everything was to work before he began on anything. He listened well and was able to immediately provide options. I dont have any concerns or complaints about the process he chose.

I would definely recommend him to another person if they asked. I will likely use gentlemen’s plumbers again if I have problems.

The warranties and what was covered was explained simply and he made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Service with Jesse was great. However I was dissatisfied with the dispatch service s our first appointment was canceled and the 2nd appointment was 1 and a half hours behind schedule.

They sent an experienced plumber who provided a detailed explanation as well as a clear breakdown of pricing in advance of the plumbing repairs. The free home inspection was life-saving as he detected an urgent problem with my water tank and was able to replace it the same day. I really appreciate the overall quality of the plumbing service. I also like the follow up visit with
the detailed explanation during the furnace inspection which gave me the opportunity to consider my options with an informed opinion. Good service all around -especially with their plan that significantly reduced the cost of inspection.

He was terrific. Explained in detail the 3 plumbing issues, fixed two of them, did NOT oversell, which I appreciate very much. He is coming back next Thursday with another very experienced plumber to resolve a somewhat more complicated issue with the bath tub. Very very good experience with your companys representative. They did a great job! They were helpful and friendly. We also set up an appointment for them to look at replacement of our 20 year old furnace.
