The work was explained and priced before hand and I was given options for what was to be done. It was done quickly and he was very polite and cleaned up everything after. Friendly conversation and clearly focused on the need of the customer.
He explained the process and how everything was to work before he began on anything. He listened well and was able to immediately provide options. I dont have any concerns or complaints about the process he chose.
I would definely recommend him to another person if they asked. I will likely use gentlemen’s plumbers again if I have problems.
The warranties and what was covered was explained simply and he made sure I understood everything before leaving.
There weren’t any surprises when it came to prices, everything was explained right at the beginning and it was all reasonable.
He was able to adapt well since he encountered a problem he had not seen before under our sink.
