Kitchen sink faucet replacement. Both service guys did good work and were polite. However, the cost of the work was expensive. I paid almost $700 for a kitchen faucet. They showed me 3 different models and I chose the least expensive. That seems a bit much for the low grade faucet.

I bought a new tub but wanted the plumbers to complete the plumbing hookups. A bit of a delay on the initial appointment, but arrived on time on the rescheduled day. Work was completed quickly and properly and did the job as they said they would. Price was higher than expected, but it seems thats what plumbing rates are going for at the moment. Overall satisfied with the work done.

They replaced my old hot water tank with a new one (gas) with a minimum of fuss and mess. Even the final temperature of the hot water when the tank heated up was perfect.

We had a soft blockage due to build up in the drain pipe. Technician cleared blockage, then cleared build up. Technician was early, thorough and very professional. Really satisfied with this company.

Blair reinstalled a toilet and repaired the flange which we had damaged in order to remove prior to new flooring installation. A new water shut off valve was also installed. He also did a quick inspection of all other valves in the house and answered all questions we had. Our dealings with Blair as well as all other technicians we have met over the past few years have been very professional and courteous and we would recommend Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone searching plumbing services.

It was a rental property and a pipe broke. I had to replace a whole new bath ensemble. Not sure why I could just repair the problem specially but I assume since it is all connected I had to replace it all.

Partly my own fault, should have asked about their fee structure over the phone before scheduling(just impressed with their excellent reviews). He showed up, charged and I had to paid $73.45 for travel/quote and quoted flat rate of $370 in addition, for most basic unclogging choice out of the 3 options offered, shocked by the price, called around and obtain quotes over the phone and got it unclogged for $205 flat fee from an excellent plumber.
The Gentlements Plumbers charged more than twice!! Just for this small job.
