On a recommendation, we called Dryshield to get a repair estimate on a crack at the side of our house. Keith came to do the estimate. He was very pleasant and professional. The estimate was sent same day to us. We moved forward and we were given a quick date- within a week. On that day, a crew of 10 showed up at our house! They arrived on time and were very focused and hardworking. They were very professional and careful not to damage my neighbour’s grass. Half way into the project during excavation, it was discovered that the repair required would be more extensive than the original estimate given to us. The Supervisor
was promptly on the phone with Keith who informed me of the revised
estimate- which I approved so that the work could continue. The work
was completed within 4.5 hours- which is incredible! Once complete you
couldn’t even tell that the repair was ever done. The workers left the

The damage was more extensive that I had anticipated once the insulation was pulled off the basement wall. Drysheild reassured me that the repair process (injection) would be slightly more involved, not dramatically more expensive and backed with a 25 year transferrable warranty. After being flooded more than once and spending thousands of dollars on clean-up and repairs,we called Dry Shield.Their work was completed in record time and they discovered that our weeping tiles were not positioned deep enough in the ground to effectively carry the water away therefore it seeped into our house. The crew hand dug to the foundation and replaced the weepers and resealed the walls.Clean-up was impressive and now we have a dry basement and an extensive guarantee. Because this repair was costly we won’t be repairing the inside for awhile but at least our basement is warm and dry and this time will stay that way!

We repaired the inside of our basement 2 years ago, and renovated at the same time. We thought this was good enough, but we found water leaking in after all.
