On a recommendation, we called Dryshield to get a repair estimate on a crack at the side of our house. Keith came to do the estimate. He was very pleasant and professional. The estimate was sent same day to us. We moved forward and we were given a quick date- within a week. On that day, a crew of 10 showed up at our house! They arrived on time and were very focused and hardworking. They were very professional and careful not to damage my neighbour’s grass. Half way into the project during excavation, it was discovered that the repair required would be more extensive than the original estimate given to us. The Supervisor was promptly on the phone with Keith who informed me of the revised estimate- which I approved so that the work could continue. The work was completed within 4.5 hours- which is incredible! Once complete you couldn’t even tell that the repair was ever done. The workers left the area as they found it!
