We hired Dryshield to dig around the foundation of our addition and waterproof it. The work was completed relatively quickly, and has resolved the leak in the basement. There were some communication difficulties and there was some unprofessional behaviour from the part of the workers, but this was easily resolved by management.

Water leakage into the basement was a stressful situation for me. However, Dryshield Waterproofing came to the rescue quickly. It offered many different solutions as well as provide relevant information in order for me to correctly choose the right waterproofing solution and products for a certain type of water leakage. Dryshield Waterproofing has excellent post-installation customer service because the customer service's members (Johnathan, Jake and Marina) were caring, understanding, professional, helpful and prompt in their responses to my concerns. Also, their expert technicians, Jake and his crew, were knowledgeable and skillful. Their workmanship was fantastic. The Dryshield Waterproofing team ensured complete customer satisfaction because any concerns and problems were soon resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, my family and I are happy customers and would like to be repeat customers for other services from Dryshield Waterproofing in the near future.

I hired DryShield back in May to evaluate and repair 2 very long diagonal cracks in my foundation. I decided to wait a season before commenting. After many bad rainfalls this summer/Fall, our basement is dry as a bone. Brian did a very good job. He was on time and very thorough in his work.

We just bought a cottage by the water. The crawl space has some issues inside and out with water. We called them and in a week, they came and started the job. We have recently discovered a crack in the basement. Needed to have it promptly repaired . Contacted about 5-6 companies out of which only 2 replied to our inquiry yet were unable to send anyone for another 2 months.
