You were so patient in explaining everything to me and although you were in Brampton in the morning it took you no time to come to Toronto to provide your service. .This type of personal service is becoming a rare commodity and if word of mouth is the best source of advertising, you know I will be telling all. I have learned how important is to maintain my central air and furnace heating unit clean to avoid future problems and money. We almost gave up on our central air system. Yes, we purchased it about ten or twelve years ago, but im really not ready to make a huge purchase again for a new one.A few contractors c ame in and gave us all kinds of quotes and would suggest a new one. Everything you read in homestars about jcj mechanical must be true because i cant say enough good things about John from Jcj Mechanical My furnace went out , while i was testing it for the cold season so i called for a quote. John said that his tech Edward would have to come out and check it before he could give me a price. Edward came out the next day and fortunetly it was just a part that he had to change. He asked when was the last time that the furnace had been cleaned and i couldnt answer that because we have lived in this house in toronto for just one year. We decided to go ahead and get it cleaned because it was very dirty. great service i will call again when i need you guys!

Jcj Mechanical was the only company to respond quickly and very efficienta after a few calls to other companies. my hubbie says its very important to clean the furnace to keep it going efficiently . I know nothing about hvac nor do i want to , but i want to save heating costs and i dont want it to break down. furnace is little old too. Anyway, i called jcj mechanical in mississauga and spoke to John. He was very friendly and told me jcj mechanical is running a furnace cleaning promo. Great!!! Had a 15 yr old Lennox central AC that was being noisy and the part inside the furnace had frozen up so the house was not coolling - Edward came out from JCJ Mechanical, Called to say he was on his way when he got here he checked everything out, inside and outside - In the end he said the AC was working fine and probably a malfunction with one of the circuit boards in the furnace. He cleaned the grills, check the pressures and gave me the re-assurance that all was OK for now - No need to purchase a new Air conditioner now - Highly recommend these folks . good work !

JCJ is a great company with very good service. I have a standard 25 year old furnace that stopped working and i have no clue on how to fix it. We called for an appointment and was made easily over the phone with John. Edward ther service man came a little bit ahead of schedule and quickly figured out the issue was with the heating element (HSI). We also had the furnace cleaned and hope that this old thing will last a few more years. The problem was fixed in no time with the minimum charge plus the cost of the replacement part. The guy took off his shoes when he came into my house (otherwise my wife would flip out on him! lol)and made us feel very comfortable because he looked like he new what he is doing. He explained everything in detail to us in very plain english.
