I hired JCJ to replace our furnace. They were very patient, helpful, and answered all my questions. They did a fabulous job! Thanks Edward! I would definitely hire them if I needed more work.

My furnaces was not working properly and a friend recommended JCJ Mechanical. They showed up on time and did so troubleshooting and found the issue to be a bad thermostat, which they replaced and now there is heating back in the house again.

We called JCJ mechanical to address a few issues raised during a home inspection while selling our house. They were prompt to reply to my requests for a quote, and always friendly and helpful (both the office staff and the service technician who came to our place). The Service Tech was outstanding - he was very friendly, polite, and answered our questions in an easy to understand manner. He reviewed the items we needed repaired, and was honest enough to tell us that certain things didn't need anything done, instead of doing unnecessary work and charging us for it. I would have no hesitation about using them again, and would recommend them to our friends and family!!

Very pleased with all aspects of purchasing a new furnace with Jcj Mechanical, I'm new to Mississauga and saw their sticker on the original furnace. John was very helpful and efficient, made an appointment for visit and quote done immediately with followup call unlike some other furnace companies who never sent the quote or followed up. Installation was done efficiently and furnace works great. . called jcj mechanical and they immediately came out. Inspection complete as well now....very pleased with everything. In addition to the great service from Edward, we loved the extra care and attention to detail that he displyed. He did the work as if he was doing it in his home so we are really pleased. I was surprised by a very pleasant phone call today from a lady that works for Jcj Mechanical. She called to ask me about our central air and furnace because jcj was doing a customer service satisfaction call to all their good customers. wow! I didnt even buy my central air and furnace from them it was already here when we moved in., but jcj does the cleaning.couldnt believe it! I did say that my furnace was making some noise last year and i mentioned that i wasnt pleased because my furnace when we purchased the house 8 years ago the real estate agent said it was like new or a few years old. well this lady from jcj offered us a discount price to clean our furnace and central air and they would inspect the noise from the furnace. they did a great job. furnace does not make noise now, but if it does i will call them. they are very good.

Ive been a long time customer for JCJ mechanical because i buy and sell homes. i can honestly say that i trust John and his technicians to do a great job They know that they will have my business if they provide the best rates and great workmanship. I get customer service calls from his assistant to make sure they are meeting my standards and she reminded me that my furnace was up for a cleaning and inspection in one of my homes. Iam a very busy business person and i love reminders and fall promotions to save me money.

I did much research to buy my new furnace and central air because of the high cost of these machines. I was a new immigrant and i cant afford to pay very high prices. I called alot of central air companies and furnace in the Brampton and Mississauga area and i got so many prices that i started to get confused. I found jcj mechanical and i think this is where i will stay. Spoke to John..he didnt make any false promises and he came out to give me a quote. I know i drove him crazy with all my questions and trying to find the best value., but he never made me feel like he did. its been five years since i have a great central air and furnace running very well. since i referred him to my family and he provided the same customer service he did with me.
