The guys did a great job .. The price was reasonable and they gave me the lowest quote compared with the others . I got a triple pane windows with LowE 180 which gave my house a luxurious look.

We hired Galaxy Windows to replace three exterior doors for us after our amazing experience hiring them to replace all our windows in 2015. Just like the first time, Dimetre was great to work with right from the initial consultation and quote. He is always able to make excellent suggestions based on our home and style while still letting us maintain full control of what were looking to achieve. He offers a superior product and warranty at a very competitive price. On install day, Alex and his teammate were here bright and early, worked quickly and diligently, left our place neat and tidy, and did a phenomenal job. Our doors look absolutely beautiful and are just what we envisioned. As an added bonus, we have a handful of neighbours who each used different door companies who all waited months and months for their instal to happen. Ours was right on schedule as Dimetre had promised. You cant go wrong working with Galaxy!

Alex and his installers did a very good job in overall. The price was reasonable and the job quality was very good. Mike and his assistant who installed the windows did an excellent job and cleaned the debris as well. So less work for us to do the remaining cleaning part. Installation carried out in 2 parts as current supply issues impacted us as well. Alex kept us posted on the new dates after we contacted him. A minor manufacturing issue was found on a Window hinge when I tried to open it after the installers left, I called Alex to notify. With-in a week Mike from Hometech Windows came and replaced the hinges . He too a talented guy fixed the issue in an hour. This is what I like to emphasis - Alex's quick turn around and follow up when I reached out to him.
I already recommended this team to my work colleagues and neighbors.

Galaxy replaced 17 windows, a single balcony door, and my patio sliding door earlier in the month. I am very satisfied with the products and the way they were installed. It only took 2 days. The materials are excellent. I like the way the window crank neatly folds. The windows and doors are well insulated. I noticed a big difference the way my house holds the temperature. And, I dont hear as much outside noise as I used to. I sleep better now.

Needed 14 windows replaced for our linked house. The installers were very efficient and completed the job in less than a day. They were very professional and kept their work area clean. We are very happy with our new windows!

Dimitri was a delight to work with. We ordered new windows and front door from him, and was very pleased with the initial contact to the finished install. The pricing was very competitive but what ultimately sold us was the positive reveiws and customer service. Product quality seems very high and the installers were very courteous and clean with just some dust left after being finished. Very happy customer so far!

From obtaining quote, to installation, to following up with any issues, Dmitri and his installers were great. Very responsive to customers and very familiar with Canada Greener Homes Grant requirements. New awning windows (recommended by Dmitri) replaced old sliders in bedrooms, so much nicer to look out without dividing line, and let in more light. All windows replaced in 2 storey house.
