Galaxy Windows

Galaxy has done a number of windows in the last couple of years and I never felt the need to give them a review. My thoughts on reviews are that when you hire professionals they should do a professional job. There are a ton of reviews here already so what was the point. To me what is important is if there are any issues, they should be handled professionally, and timely. Customer service is above all else in importance to me. The last install Galaxy did for us was a sliding door. Needless to say, the job was perfect in every way. From sales to install, it was a pleasure to work with them. After about 5 months I decided I was going to install the alarm magnet back on the door. I drilled the hole. and yes, i went right through and into the glass damaging the door. I called Alex and within 3 weeks I got the glass replaced. In today's world where everything is backordered and ridiculously expensive (if the company even responds) Galaxy shined through. Alex is such a pleasure to deal with and the installer and I had a good laugh over my mistake. I was happy to learn I wasn't the first who damaged their door doing the same thing. Lesson learned but a huge thank you to Galaxy for a job well done and the amazing customer service.

We are so happy with the installation by Galaxy Windows I have our new patio door with integrated blinds and our new kitchen and living room windows. Alex and his team were highly professional timely and great with communication. We wont hesitate to use this service again.

Update: unfortunately, the work completed by Galaxy had issues as one of the window glass cracked only after 1 year. According to Alex the owner, customer will need to go after its manufacturer for window repair on your own even the crack happened after 1 year only. No warranty for broken window glass.

Our house is around 15 years old and the windows are due for replacement. We found Galaxy in fall of 2021 and decided to wait till Spring of 2022 to replace. Alex the sales has explained clearly the 2-layer window material suitable for our house which is in a strong wind position. Due to back log, we waited until April 2022 to have all the windows replaced. The installation staff are efficient during the installation process. It seems that the quality of the work and material is satisfactory at the end of the process.

Galaxy replaced 5 windows in one day leaving no mess behind. Alex is very knowledgeable, professional, & patient with so many questions. The windows are of high quality & extremely beautiful. The service from Galaxy was excellent from initial meeting to installation day. Very happy & definitely recommend Galaxy.

I have been extremely satisfied with the work performed by Galaxy windows. From sale to installation these guys are very professional and knowledgeable, they did everything they said they would do on time and without any surprises. Quality of windows are excellent and we are very pleased with the overall service.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by Galaxy Windows, from the initial quote to the completion of installation. The windows look great and keep exterior noise out (I live near a main street and used to hear a lot of traffic noise, which is very muted now). The windows also keep the heat in and the mechanisms are very heavy-duty and function beautifully. I got two storm doors and both are heavy, slow to close, latch perfectly and the stops work properly. These windows and doors are total game-changers for my house.

We’ve used Galaxy windows for several years & recently had our basement windows replaced and a door. Their service has always excellent, they show up as scheduled, treat our home with respect and perform all work as promised. We’ve never had a problem with any of their products or the quality of installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am more than 100% satisfied with my experience with Galaxy Windows. From quote request to finished product, their service is remarkable. We had a great, informative and transparent estimate meeting with Alex. We had 11 windows, a sliding door, and front door replaced over two days and Alex the installer did a beautiful job installing and finishing the windows. Everything was left spotless. I can’t recommend Galaxy enough, do not hesitate to give them a call.

Galaxy Windows came and replaced 3 of our windows that desperately needed replacing. The company was great at getting back to me when I had questions about the project before our window installation. On the day of installation the installer was friendly and very efficient. They put down drop sheets so that my carpets were protected and cleaned up all the mess that was made from removing my old windows. In no time at all he had taken out and replaced my windows. I am very pleased with how the windows look (especially my front room which I always am looking out and was awful) . I wish I had contacted them sooner so I could have been enjoying the view years ago!

We had used Galaxy Windows 5 years ago to repace 11 windows and were completely satisfied. When the time came to replace our 2 large windows upstairs, patio doors in back and front door, there was no hesitation in calling Galaxy windows again.
