We would 100 percent recommend Galaxy Windows. All of our windows were replaced with great quality windows as well as our sliding door. They were professional, on-time, knowledgeable about the products, the workmen-ship was top quality installation and their staff from start to finish were amazing. We are enjoying and loving the windows and sliding door, they function as promised and look absolutely fantastic! It was a pleasure dealing with Dmitri, Alex and their crew.

When I contacted Galaxy Windows in May I was very new to the window buying process. I had 3 companies quote. The first two companies were really aggressive and made me feel inept. When Dmitiri arrived I could tell instantly he was different. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. He had several great ideas and didn't hesitate to share his thoughts. His quote came in the middle of the other two. I felt it was fair.
Installation timing (end of September) was exactly as Dimitri had stated. Alex and team came and installed windows first, then was back the following week for the doors. The detail of every installation was outstanding. My kitchen backsplash was not easy, and Alex somehow managed to install without a scratch. The finishing touches of the caulking and nail hole fixes was fantastic.
I strongly recommend Galaxy Windows for all your needs. You get what you pay for - and you won't be disappointed with the service or quality of the product.

We just had all of our windows and a patio door replaced in our home using Galaxy Windows. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Dimitri is very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information on the type of windows, warranty and the installation process. He is also very quick to get back to you with any questions or concerns during the whole process. Alex and his partner Igor, were great installers. They did such great work and showed that they really cared about their workmanship. My only regret is that we didn't replace the windows sooner! They are so beautiful. From beginning to end, we had a great experience with Alex and the Galaxy Windows team. We replaced 5 of our windows, including a large living room window, which the two installers replaced all in one day. They were professional, neat and clean, which is always a bonus. Dimitri was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the style of windows that worked best for my home. I had 11 windows replaced including 2 very large ones. The installers were very efficient and respectful of my home. Great experience and I would gladly recommend Galaxy Windows.
