I called A To Z Locksmith Services , after finding on the Homestars, to get new entry door locks. For me it was an emergency on that day, as my vehicle was carjacked in front of our house with house keys. After sending photos of the door locks, Roman suggested for re-keying, which I never thought about, also much cost effective solution rather than replacing the existing good locks. Valentin is our always go to person for all the plumbing issues in our home. This time we called him to get our total of 4 valve taps replaced. He promptly responded to all my text messages. I shared all photos to get a quote. The main water shutoff valve was critical as we need to coordinate with City to turnoff the driveway vale, in order to work on the in-house main valve. Other one is our heater tank inlet valve , remaining two were the ones connect to the out door, we normally shutoff in winter. Valentin was punctual so no delays , as we need to get the water supply back asap from City as well.. All 4 replacement done within a couple of hours, as he knows what he is doing.. My 8 year old Samsung Dryer (dv50f9a8evp/ac) gave up heating, even though the drum rotated and no other issues. The display didn't show-up any error neither the Samsung Care app images. Contacted few top rated people from Homestars. All gave nearly similar quotes for heating issue , Joe called me and I proceeded with him, as he explained the possible issues which could be a less cost thermal fuse or higher cost replacement of the heater assembly - which could be a rare situation . He arranged his partner Dany to visit. Dany who servers my area , called me and explained the same. He showed up promptly as scheduled. To my bad, the issue was on the heater coil element. Dany showed me with the multimeter reading from the faulty unit. The price was discussed upfront before the replacement of a new Samsung heater assembly unit. As a Samsung service man , he carried the original spare units in his van, so no delay for parts. The Dryer internal housing case was also vacuumed and cleaned by him. He explained about the expected burning smell from the new heating coil during the initial use , preventing future brake downs, and also about the 2 month parts & 1 month labor warranty, incase of a manufacture defect. Satisfied with the job , nice team (Joe/Dany) to get the service quickly. Recommend this team for appliances services.

Alex and his installers did a very good job in overall. The price was reasonable and the job quality was very good. Mike and his assistant who installed the windows did an excellent job and cleaned the debris as well. So less work for us to do the remaining cleaning part. Installation carried out in 2 parts as current supply issues impacted us as well. Alex kept us posted on the new dates after we contacted him. A minor manufacturing issue was found on a Window hinge when I tried to open it after the installers left, I called Alex to notify. With-in a week Mike from Hometech Windows came and replaced the hinges . He too a talented guy fixed the issue in an hour. This is what I like to emphasis - Alex's quick turn around and follow up when I reached out to him. I already recommended this team to my work colleagues and neighbors. Our Bathtub / shower faucet was cracked internally and water started to leak inside the wall. Called Valentin and on the same day we got the approx cost and scheduled for next day. This is our second time doing business with Valentin , in 2017 I got him via HomeStars to get our laundry room sink fixed. He was prompt and gave the assessment on his arrival, before starting the job. Rather than breaking the tiles to reach the broken faucet pipe, he opened from behind, the drywall. So it is much easier for me to get the drywall patched, compared to tiles. He is an experienced person, knew what he is doing. Also explained me how to to do small replacements on the faucet cartridges. He was following the COVID-19 safty protocol during his presence and cleaned the place after the work. I will recommend him for anyone who needs plumbing works.

Got multiple quotes from few suppliers and finally decided to go with Rob. Alex and his assistant did the installation. All junk removed by them. Had some miner post-installation issues , and Rob was able to address those , without any hesitation. Full payment was made after the installation. It will be better if Rob's team can maintain the arrival/job start time , once scheduled, so the customers can plan ahead. I will recommend this company.

Prompt & clean job. Lewis clarified my doubts via quick email response. Compared quotes with few other companies before getting Lewis to do the job. After some time they came with a drone to inspect the roof. After 2 year there is another inspection as well. I am happy with the business.

After the quote from Gitano, compared with others. Gitano is in the mid range. We got our fiberglass shingles on roof now. I did lot of research on internet and asked few questions to Lewis , regarding not using EAVE PROTECTION & UNDERLAYMENT for those fiberglass shingles , and received explanations from him and I was satisfied. Roof above 7-12 doesn't need those items. Clean job , no mess around the house. Before billing they came with a Drone to inspect the roof. I was told, that after 6 months, they will do another Drone inspection again.
