Yaron showed up quickly after the recent ice storm and did a very thorough repair of my hanging easetrough. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I'm very pleased with the job done by Arturo. He easily cleaned certain things that I thought were hopeless...and provided good tips for being able to look after things much better. Totally satisfied.

I originally received a quote close to the start of the pandemic. Materials were in short supply because polycarbonate was in high demand, but George provided - free-of-charge - a short-term fix which really helped. And when I contacted him later to get covers installed, he stuck to original quote and they turned out great. They are solid and well-fitted...and look very nice.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by Galaxy Windows, from the initial quote to the completion of installation. The windows look great and keep exterior noise out (I live near a main street and used to hear a lot of traffic noise, which is very muted now). The windows also keep the heat in and the mechanisms are very heavy-duty and function beautifully. I got two storm doors and both are heavy, slow to close, latch perfectly and the stops work properly. These windows and doors are total game-changers for my house.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Jessica in the front office and Jeremy on-site. My stair rail was unusable - the railing had been unsteady for years and, more recently, balusters had detached from the handrail and some screws were stripped and broken off. Jeremy took it all apart, flipped one baluster and re-drilled a hole in it, and used strong adhesive and nails to re-secure the balusters. Stair rail is now better than ever. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful....and worked quickly. I won't hesitate to use Fix-It Friend for other projects.

Until a few weeks back, my upstairs washroom had a mustard yellow tub, along with tiles with some sort of harvest gold pattern - but no more! The Tub Guys did an excellent job of glazing the tiles and tub and I appreciated their attention to detail. It looks MUCH better now and it opens up a lot of possibilities to make the washroom look really sharp. They also provided some good advice on upkeep and other things. I'm very happy with the work!

I needed some word done in my washroom to replace missing and damaged tiles. I also had some grouting done and a new faucet was installed in a sink in my downstairs kitchenette. Glen and his assistant did a great job with everything and I'm especially pleased with the look of the tiles. Glen also gave me a bit of advice on some minor work I will do myself so, all in all, it was a good experience and I'm totally satisfied with his services.

Ruhul treated my kitchen and two bathrooms for a cockroach infestation. I found him friendly and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence he could address the problem effectively. The work was done about 10 days ago and the results have been very good. Thanks, Ruhul!

I was recently in need of plumbing work because the handle for the control in my upstairs shower was broken, my two-handled shower downstairs was leaking. and the water for the house wouldn't shut off completely. The upstairs shower valve and kit were very old so my options were buy a new handle and buff up the crappy old hardware ... or replace with a newer, better shower kit. I chose Priority Plumbing and have no regrets. Dealing with the company was easy - they were prompt and pleasant. The plumber, Kyle, provided a clear description of the problems and costed out various ways to proceed...with zero pressure to go in any particular direction. Kyle ended up replacing the main water valve for the house, as well as the valves and shower kits for both showers. Also, he installed a new sink that I had purchased and hadn't gotten around to putting in. (And provided some good general tips and tuned up both toilets.) The work was a bit complicated and ended up taking close to 14 hours of labour. But I'm very happy with the results and, if I have any further plumbing issues to deal with, I'll be telling Priority to send Kyle!

I recently hired Ted to install an exhaust fan in my bathroom, as well as a GFI outlet. His responses to my inquiries were prompt and he was very knowledgeable. On the big day, Ted arrived on time (a little early, actually, which was great). He worked quietly and unobtrusively … in fact, it didn’t sound like much was going on until I went upstairs and found everything installed and he was starting on the roof part of the job. When he and his partner left, there was no sign that anyone had been there…aside, of course, from a whisper-quiet Panasonic fan and a new outlet! Ted is a low-key guy who knows his stuff – a pleasure to deal with.
