The laundry tub was leaking and the old faucet needed attention. The leak was do to a loose connection. Scott didn't charge for that ... a two minute job it turned out. But the faucet had to be replaced. He had one in the truck and installed it. Now no more leaky faucet. The toilet upstairs needed attention ..... Scott replaced all the insides, did a leak test with some blue dye, it's now good as new. Yes plumbing work isn't cheap but the peace of mind when a good job is is worth it to me.

Excellent service!!! On Aug 12, 2017, our sewage drain to the street became obstructed suddenly, on a weekend. The first company didn't return our call. Harris plumbing answered immediately, kept us up to date about arrival time, and got someone there the same day, despite a very long commute. We have a special needs adult child who caused a major disturbance while the repairman, Scott, was here. He fixed the challenging repair with skill, kindness and understanding, in spite of the difficult and very challenging circumstances presented by our child. Harris Plumbing called the next day to check that all had gone well. We would highly recommend them. The repair job was excellent and we are 110% satisfied. A special thank you to Scott for going over and above the line of duty! If it wasn't for him, we would have been in major trouble. He really saved the day!!! I really don't know what we would have done without his skill and patience in managing the situation with our son.

Had a sewer blockage issue. Harris plumber came out and cleared the pipe and charged $600. The service tech did a good job, but I found the price to be a bit steep. On a whole they did the work at the time. Three days later I had a blockage again which I believe to be an incomplete repair from the first occurrence. The next plumber came out to clear the blockage and camera the pipe. He stated that it was not normal to return this soon, but would have to charge me $800 for camera and service (a discounted price). He did a good job, but i was disappointed they would not warranty the work on the first repair. I have not had any issues over the last month and was not charged the second $800 at the time and was pleased that they repaired the issue to take care of their customers. Today I woke up a month later to the $800 charge on my credit card. Disappointed that they would not stand behind their work and that they over charge so heavily. The plumbers do good work, but I would shop around as you will end up paying too much and they will not stand behind their work in the end. It's hard to believe a clear pipe would block three days later if the job was completed correctly on the first occurrence. Have lived in the house for twenty years and have never had any real issues. Had another company come out to camera the pipes. They ensured me there were no problems with the pipes.

I would like to thank all of the office staff and the technicians who assisted with my lack of hot water issue. Heather, Andrea and Ashley in the office were extremely pleasant and patient with my requests and Mike, Cameron and Wes were excellent representatives of Harris Plumbing. Harris Plumbing has been my go-to for plumbing help for almost 30 years. During that time they have done a variety of repairs and improvements in my homes: everything from toilet repairs and piping issues to installing new sinks, kitchen counters, and dishwashers. During the past couple of years I have been lucky enough to have Mike Fosberg do the work -- always friendly, professional, punctual, and with his years of experience behind him, someone whose skills and knowledge I trust. When plumbing issues arise it's reassuring to know there are professionals I can count on to solve them.

Mike came to my house in the spring to look into water temperature issues. He had already installed a water softener and did some other plumbing repairs in the winter and I was more than happy to enlist his services again. He was willing and able to trouble shoot issues I was having related to a solar preheat hot water system that was installed by a "solar tech" that was not functioning and the solar guy had no clue how to resolve it. Harris plumbing is very reliable. They always notify you when the tech is either on his way or may be delayed due to another job going longer than expected. They are and Mike in particular a very solid business and I would recommend them to anyone asking for plumbing services.

This is the 3rd time I have had Harris Plumbing come by for different plumbing issues. Each time they have be courteous, on time, honest and a pleasure to deal with.

I have had Harris Plumbing out to my (new to me) house in Innisfil on 2 separate occasions and I have the utmost praise for their professional attitude and workmanship. I felt very comfortable asking questions that some plumbers might have thought were foolish but your staff had no problems giving me an answer. We called to have our regular problem, plugged main line snaked like we require ever 16-18 months from other regular plumbers. Harris showed up and snaked the line and tested to see if the water was draining. The water started flowing again. Thanks where things were different. All other plumbers would have left at this point. Harris Plumbing said the water wasn't flowing properly yet and snaked again with even more line. Long story short, they did not leave until the job was completed properly. They may not be the cheapest, but they complete the job properly. Thanks Dave H.

When we arrived at our cottage in Tiny Township on a Saturday, the water would not work. We waited for the line to thaw. By noon we realized that it was more than a frozen water line. We called Harris Plumbing and Jeremy arrived about 3 pm. (He had called and said that he would be there between 3 and 3:30 pm.) He diagnosed the situation. Our pump had frozen and cracked. Jeremy had to return to Barrie to get the parts required to replace the pump. He arrived at 8 pm and proceeded to work on the pump until midnight so that we could have water. Thank you Jeremy! The next day, we noticed a leak in the pump and called again. Jeremy arrived around noon and tightened the clamps and the leaking stopped. We are very pleased with the service. We would highly recommend Harris Plumbing.
