Gavin removed the popcorn ceilings in our basement as well as repairing numerous electrical holes. He was excellent. Gavin always answered our communications promptly. He came on time and kept us informed regularly how the project was going. He made sure the work was done to perfection and to our satisfaction. The ceilings are perfectly smooth and couldn't be better. The electrical holes are expertly repaired. Afterwards, they cleaned everything up and walked us through what they've done. I highly recommend DrainCom! We had them install a new backwater valve and replace the sanitary lateral sewer line from the city line to the house. They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They respond quickly and easily diagnosed the problem. They employ highly skilled workers who arrive punctually and do a superb job. Excellent service!!! On Aug 12, 2017, our sewage drain to the street became obstructed suddenly, on a weekend. The first company didn't return our call. Harris plumbing answered immediately, kept us up to date about arrival time, and got someone there the same day, despite a very long commute. We have a special needs adult child who caused a major disturbance while the repairman, Scott, was here. He fixed the challenging repair with skill, kindness and understanding, in spite of the difficult and very challenging circumstances presented by our child. Harris Plumbing called the next day to check that all had gone well. We would highly recommend them. The repair job was excellent and we are 110% satisfied. A special thank you to Scott for going over and above the line of duty! If it wasn't for him, we would have been in major trouble. He really saved the day!!! I really don't know what we would have done without his skill and patience in managing the situation with our son.
