We had some issues with our heat pump and called BC Wide for service.
They came to our house on next day, and the technician was on time, he was very respectful and knowledgeable.
The problem was fixed quickly and very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company .

I had a service the other day and it went amazingly. These two men showed up right on time and got straight to work. They worked very professionally and very clean. They made sure I understood everything thats they were doing it so there wasnt any surprises. Overall I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We are very happy that we found BC Wide Home Services. They did everything required to replace our old HVAC with a much better one. The whole process from first contact to installation was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. The General Manager helped us research brands and when we decided on the specific one we wanted she sourced a supplier and sent us a very reasonable quote the very next day. I was glad they required us to have one of their technicians come to check out our former installation setup, because he discovered a couple of helpful things we needed ahead of the new installation, such as the limits of our condos current power situation and whether the existing line set could be used for the new unit or needed upgrades. He also discovered that the previous installation had not met code in terms of installing a "disconnect", so they sent their electrician to install it within days. Less than a week later, the technician returned to install the new HVAC. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, took away all the packaging and boxes, and even took away the two units of the old HVAC for disposal.

Needed both units replaced…involved some piping work. Furnace installation had a glitch which involved a few days of very minimal heat but Yaedgar was able to resolve the problem quickly. Very good at arriving when scheduled….very courteous and careful employees. Sharon in the office couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful.

I recently hired BC Wide home services LTD to install a replacement for my old furnace in my home. I was very pleased with the whole experience. It is wonderful to have someone come into your home to complete a service and to feel completely comfortable. The technician Ferzad worked very hard, he was in my home for eight hours and was completely focussed on his job, troubleshooting as needed, he was very talented. I have been a customer for several years and would highly recommend BC Wide home services to all my friends and family.

BC Wide was hired to clean our ducts. They used a long tube, which had a significant tear in it, that vented to the side of our house. We were surprised by how fast the cleaning was and questioned to make sure he got all the vents. Fast forward 3 months when we turned the system on. Well... dust and reno debris have been coming out of the ducts for weeks, covering our floors and carpet, and there’s dust everywhere. There were also numerous attempts to sell us repairs and upgrades on our heating system. When we spoke to them about it, the woman who answered the phone basically hung up on us. My husband was very respectful and calm. She literally didn’t say a word. No apology, no concern. Just OK, then click.
