Daniel (owner) was able to fit our schedule by coming right after our new stone countertops were installed in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The two technicians who came did an excellent job of installing the sinks we'd pre-purchased as well as piping the faucets into the holes provided by the stone counter-top makers. The day after, I had a couple of concerns and one thing I wanted changed. They were happy to return right away to address these items, saying it's their goal to make sure every customer is happy with the final results of their work. And I am. I recommend Pristine as being very professional, highly skilled, trustworthy, kind, and considerate.

North Shore Stone Works did high quality work installing our new quartz countertops and sinks in our condo kitchen and two bathroom vanities. Arthur (Company Director) helped us choose the sinks we wanted as well as the quartz stone from his big selection of samples. He then sent us to his stone suppliers warehouse so we could see our choice as a full slab. He came the next week and took meticulous measurements, then we waited just 2.5 weeks before the installation began. The installers Rob and Justin were very personable and their obvious extensive expertise gave us lots of confidence. After the counters were installed, they took measurements and created a full-size template for the backsplashes to ensure that the fit between the newly installed countertops and the surrounding cabinets would be accurate, along with the placements of cutouts for outlets and switches. Two days later they came back to install the backsplashes. At the end of their work they did a good job of tidying up and advising about the care an maintenances of the stone. Overall, we are very happy with the process and results and highly recommend North Shore Stone Works.

We are very happy that we found BC Wide Home Services. They did everything required to replace our old HVAC with a much better one. The whole process from first contact to installation was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. The General Manager helped us research brands and when we decided on the specific one we wanted she sourced a supplier and sent us a very reasonable quote the very next day. I was glad they required us to have one of their technicians come to check out our former installation setup, because he discovered a couple of helpful things we needed ahead of the new installation, such as the limits of our condos current power situation and whether the existing line set could be used for the new unit or needed upgrades. He also discovered that the previous installation had not met code in terms of installing a "disconnect", so they sent their electrician to install it within days. Less than a week later, the technician returned to install the new HVAC. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, took away all the packaging and boxes, and even took away the two units of the old HVAC for disposal.
