Our dishwasher was not working and it was determined to be from a leaking water supply line. This was validated by a technician from the store where the dishwasher was purchased, but he could not stop the leak.
I called Sureflow, as I had used them previously and they dispatched Juarez to assess and correct the problem. Turns out we had a few problems as the piping orientation made it nearly impossible to connect a new line. Juarez provided options to address and correct the issues, provided the cost, and when agreed to, began to do the work. It took about 3 hours from start to finish, and when done we had brand new plumbing with no leaks and a dishwasher that is functional again.
