If I could give "The Gardener" Thornhill West less than 0, I would! From the beginning this location wasn't professional and I failed to see it! Last year I asked for a quote few times and they ignored it. When spring arrived, they provided me with decent quote and we hired them. Lawn maintenance didn't go well. They did show up every week, but instead of trimming, turning flower beds, removing weeds , they just cut grass. I called few times to the office, the receptionist promised to look into it and nothing changed. The last straw was organic program. "The Gardener" fully charged me in May, showed up 2 or 3 times instead of 8. I emailed the office, the owner himself promised to check what happened.It has been over 3 weeks and guess what? He didn't call back!
The reason why I was so patient is because in our previous house, we used "The Gardener" Woodbridge services for almost 5 years and this crew was great! Our garden was taken care of.
I don't think that all "The Gardener" locations are unprofessional. There are bad apples and it seems that there is inconsistency in how services are delivered. I was unable to find head office info. So in my case the only thing I could do would probably file a complaint through Ministry of Consumer Services.
