If you believe in paying for services that will deliver on time, you should find someone else. For those reviews that stated Bosco is on time, well you are the lucky ones.
I used their service twice, one for the furnace and second was plumbing. Twice someone called to reschedule at the last hour. First one was rescheduled but I had some days off to accommodate. Second time again (I did contemplate to get them again but all these reviews made me thought that was an odd ball), true to my intuition, someone called and tried to reschedule at the last hour but I put my foot down because we had taken a half day off and without a kitchen for 4 days now. While I was told a technician will arrive between the hours promised, when i phoned to confirm because he hasn't shown, I was told by the dispatcher that IF someone is available she will phone me and cannot guaranteed that the work could be completed that night. She actually asked me if I knew what materials they will need to get the job done...my response, I'm not a plumber. To reschedule mean I have to pay the 49 bucks for the visit, a few more days without a kitchen, and a high potential that someone will call me and reschedule for a later day. It was now 7:30 pm - i cancelled. She did not even apologize for the inconvenience but actually trying to get me to rescheduled as if it was my fault for not agreeing to reschedule the first time.
If I'm paying money for a service, I expect them to meet their obligations. While I am satisfied with the technician's work for my first service, the company accountability is equally as important when scheduling services and ensuring services are delivered on time. If you want to reschedule, call 48 hrs before the day, not the last hour when someone is suppose to arrive. People have jobs.
