Excellent service from Marcello. Furnace 101 lesson and then we looked at the costing. Reduced the price somewhat and decided on the higher end with financing. Crew arrived on time the next morning. My wife was very happy with the courtesy and professionalism of the technicians (Chris). Marcello checked in and spent some time with my wife after the install. I came home to a new furnace, it was much smaller then i expected. But the work was very neat and clean (no tubes or hoses). Moved the intake vent from inside the room to the outside, something i forgot to bring up and Bosco took care of it anyways. Good to see professionalism happening without having to ask.
Very impressed all around, highly recommended. And now i have a comfy home again.
