When I decided that I needed my ducts cleaned - I asked around then googled "duct cleaning Toronto" - Home Stars came up. I had written a review of my contractor there so decided that would be the best place to look. The Duct Cleaning Specialists had great reviews - so I gave them a call. Paul returned my call quickly - explained their services and we booked an appt. Steve S. not only arrived within the hour window but gave me a call before he showed up.
Steve was wonderful - he was polite, professional and explained what he was doing along the way. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. The job he did was amazing - my ducts are clean and the air is much healthier. I will and have recommended The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Thanks!

I had my ducts cleaned by Paul (The Duct Cleaning Specialists) and this guy was fantastic. Definately a 10. His personality, atitude, quality of work and drive to do the job right the first time was amazing. I only wish more contractors were like him. While performing the cleaning he was very neat, took his work boots off at my front door and put on slippers and did his thing. His tools were neat and clean...a good sign, his truck was tidy and organized...another good sign...all round great work. Thanks Paul!

From the moment we made our first contact with Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialists, he was extremely professional and a hard worker. We had a Monday morning 9 a.m. appointment to clean our duct system because the house we moved into recently underwent a major renovation which left lots of debris in the ducts. Paul arrived at 8:40 a.m. ready to go. He was very thorough, took time to explain what he was doing and even changed from his work boots into slippers everytime entered and left our house. He also left the areas he worked in impeccably clean. You would have known he was here, except that our ducts are clean!

I would recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly be calling this company for our annual furnance maintenance.

This is the second time (at a different house) that I have called in the Duct Cleaning Specialists because I was so happy with their service, thoroughness, cleanliness, friendliness, and trustworthiness. It's rare to find a contractor that so clearly wants to do their best for their customer. I get the sense that Paul treats all of his jobs as if they were at his own house. I strongly recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists.

Paul and Steve arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They clearly know their stuff and I had full confidence in their work. Paul showed me some of the junk that had accumulated in the ducts in the house that my wife and I had just purchased. He also explained how he would cut access points along a long section of duct work to allow him to do a thorough cleaning. I also had them clean the dryer vent, which was a good thing because it was blocked up to the point of being a fire hazard.

One morning, we awoke to hear noises in our furnace room. After some searching, we discovered we had a woodpecker in our ducts! (Apparently, these are very small birds and do this more often!)

We called Paul--whom we have used earlier--and he came an hour or two later, opened up our ducts and cleaned it all out. No more woodpecker! He even vacuumed out our furnace and replaced our filter.

We are VERY pleased with Paul's service. Friendly, quick, responsive. What more could you ask for? We will certainly keep using him for future duct cleaning issues.

Paul and his team did a great job. Knowing that the house hasn't had the ducts cleaned for a long time they brought two trucks hence they were able to finish the job in a shorter period of time than what I expecting. They were also right on time (which is rare in Toronto) and gave me suggestions to save me money in a long run (an even more rare behaviour).
They took the time to make sure the house would be left clean as whole not only the ducts.
Be aware that the cost is not as high as it seems at a first glance. It is a 3 Floor large and old house. Their price were among the lowest I got from other companies.
For sure I'll call them next time I need the job done.
