(D1053) I am really happy that I hired Paul and Steve to clean my air duct. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish. All equipments looked well maintained. They were very professional and made sure I know everything they were doing. Whole cleaning process was done thoroughly and I learned some useful tips from them. I have already recommend them to my brother-in-law and definitely recommend to people who need air duct cleaning.

Contacted the The Duct Cleaning Specialists and an appointment was made promptly. They arrived a little early which was very appreciated. The technicians were courteous, careful and explained what they were doing and what they found. They cleaned up when they were finished and there was no evidence they had been there. This company is fantastic. I've heard some horror stories about duct cleaning using other companies. These guys are completely trustworthy and professional. I purchased a groupon for the cleaning of 15 of my air vents following a major construction in my home. I was very surprised though that when the Duct Cleaning Specialists came by, informed me that they were clean and that they would only charge me for a an inspection and for disinfecting and refund the rest of the money. Awesome, email confirmed and notification. On time, equipment spotless, all necessary tools to protect your floors and trim. Completely thorough, they retrieved my sons favourite ball and my vacuum part that was missing for 3 years. I am very happy with the duct cleaning service I received this week. The guys were prompt, friendly, and definitely exceeded my expectations. In addition to cleaning all of the ducts, they also vacuumed up any dirt they saw on my floor. They also did a great job cleaning in and around the furnace, and took the time to show me how to remove the filter and clean it myself (I am a new home owner so these things are new to me!). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others. Given that I have two cats that are constantly shedding fur, I will definitely be using them again.

I just had my ducts cleaned and I am very happy with the work done. Ryan and Matt did a very thorough job and made recommendations on the cold air return vent to improve air circulation. They were both very helpful in answering my questions and in providing advice. I also spoke to Paul and Mary Ela at the office and the company was able to provide me with specialty air filters that would fit my furnace at a good price. I would certainly recommend this company to others.
