Due to small size of access points, the duct cleaning specialists were referred to us by another duct cleaning company.
Johnny and James came by in the indicated time slot (we were told between 9 and 10, they arrived at 9:30).
They spent time reviewing the process with us, and what to expect, and as they worked, they were very nice: informing us of what step we were on, answering all of our questions, and providing recommendations on how we can take care of our ducts.
Cleanliness: both individuals were careful to remove their shoes as they came in and out of the house (we didn't even have to ask!). As well, wiped up the entry way with a cloth when they were done with the project.
Highly recommend the duct cleaning specialists.
