He once came to my house to provide duct cleaning services and told me on the spot that on examination there was no need to perform the services. He did not charge me for his time. As a result I did not hesitate to call his company when indeed I was in dire need of duct cleaning after a messy reno project. Matt and Greg came and their service and manner were respectful and friendly yet efficient, thorough and conscientious in getting my home back to a cleaner state.
