We hired Inch by Inch for air quality testing and mold removal. We had some mold in our cold room and in the attic hatch. Hiring them was a great decision as they followed all the health guidelines for mold remediation and did a very thorough job. Most importantly, they are focused on clients' well-being and satisfaction and not on extorting money out of them. We had to interact with Joe, Tony, and Fadi and they were all very professional, They would respond to all your queries and concerns. Fadi came back again to complete the job and I was able to touch my books and musical instruments again!! This is a huge relief after we messed up in the beginning by hiring a small company (their website claimed they are bonded, insured, and certified) that created more problems by not following proper health guidelines. There was a small asbestos panel above the furnace. They showed up promptly, got the work done quickly, and everything was cleanly dealt with.

Wow! Outstanding service! We had a leak from the kitchen into the basement that required drywall removal and mold remediation. They came out the next day, taped off the rooms for containment, and were done in a few hours. They removed all the drywall etc. and were so tidy, you couldn't even tell they'd been here. They came in as quoted, even though I had just sent them pictures over my phone.

Tony and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions and provide guidance. Absolutely recommend them! I chose them them after seeing all the great reviews online which were all 100% accurate!

Tony and his crew are amazing! Joe came out to take the samples. He showed up on time and was very professional and polite. The results were provided back within the specified time period, including the official report.

Tony did my home inspection & did an absolutely amazing job! His attention to detail and diligence was really great!. He is very friendly and provides great customer service. I would highly recommend him for all types of home improvement jobs as he is very knowledgeable.

Tony came by my house to check my new windows for leaks as my heating and AC bills have increased significantly since we installed our new windows. He was very punctual and took his time scanning each window and explaining to me the finding. Not once did he try and rush the job. He recommended a window contractor who came out a few days later and was able to add missing insulation to the outside of the window. Tony then returned with the contractor on his own time and rechecked the windows to see if the work made a difference which it did!!! I totally suggest using Tony you will not be disappointed. He is very professional and a caring individual which is hard to come by these days!!!!
