There was a water leak in my home 3 years ago and I called Inch by Inch. Tony easily found the source of the leak and once this problem was rectified, we could easily correct the damage. Tony's knowledge of homes and their workings is second to none. He is kind and reliable and was a life saver. Tony is professional and is equipped with state of the art equipment. What impressed me the most is his attention to detail and his ability to find the problem within your home. Recently we had another unrelated leak and again Tony's knowledge was second to none. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. We are on the way to rectifying the problem because of Tony's wealth of knowledge.

We had a listing coming up and discovered from our pre-listing home inspection report, we found mould in the attic. We were looking at a very tight timeline to schedule this in. Inch-By-Inch was very quick to respond, send someone in the day I called to give an estimate, assisted with a price modification, and started and completed the project the next day. They provided us with before and after pictures as well as a certificate for proof of remediation. Tony worked hard to help us get this taken care of, was kind, generous, and patient with me. I would 100% recommend this company.

I have used Tony's services a few times in the past for mold and air quality as well as home inspections. When we found a water leak issue with our furnace humidifier recently, he was the first person I thought to call. He walked us through what was wrong and made recommendations as well a providing us with a contact for the furnace one of the parts to be fixed. I hired Inch by Inch to do a air quality test within my home. As my home was fully renovated prior to moving in, my wife and I were feeling sick soon after we moved in. Tony and Joe came in with their knowledge about air treatment and helped us. A testing was done and I found out we have an extremely high VOC count due to the renovations. A remediation was done right after the air quality testing. Hydroxol Generators were used to clean the air in the house for about 2 weeks. I would recommend Inch by Inch to anybody who needs air quality testing done as Tony is very professional and his client service skills are outstanding. They know exactly what they are doing. Even after our air treatment was done and the equipment was returned, Tony checked in on us to ensure we were doing okay. Inch by Inch goes above and beyond to really care for their customers. I found mold in my attic. I almost had heart attack :) So I called them and they came to inspect the damage. First I thought I had to remove my whole roof but they said no no you do not need to. 2 men came very professionally and friendly. They had all they products to remove the mold. They arrived 7:30am and by 10:30 all was done. I had gone in the attic many times before so I knew how it was. After they left I waited a few days then I went back to do my own inspection. Everything had been removed perfectly. Some areas were very hard to get to but they did.
I would recommend them 100%.
