Dmitri is amazing. From start to finish, he was exceptional. He prepared a detailed quote after our first meeting, and explained some of the finer points of the proposed work. It was clear right from the first interactions that he was well experienced and made customer service a top priority. When the job started, Dmitri and his team showed up every day they said the would, on time and ready to go. They were always careful to keep the place clean and tidy, and very aware of the interior and exterior environment. The finished job turned out incredible....even better than we could have imagined. We couldn't be happier with the final result. I have used over a dozen different Tilers over the years for renovations, and have never been completely satisfied with any particular one. Well, I finally found an amazing Tiler in Dmitri, and on top of that he provides incredible customer service. He is amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! 10 STARS !!!

Amazing work by Kingsgrove. They installed about 80 feet of fencing plusy a concrete walkway at my property. It looks great and we are very happy. Highly Recommended !!!

Rocco has helped me on a few projects, and always done top-notch work. The lastest job that he helped me with was a basement walk-up to the backyard. As always, he was professional, knowledgeable, and straight-to-the-point. He designed my basement walkout with my input, and got approval from the city for the permit, without any hassle and much sooner than I had expected. I have dealt with over 50 different Contractors over the course of the last 5 or 6 years, and have had some good, and some not so good experiences. Rocco is definitely the cream of the crop within his field. It is always a pleasure to work with him, and I can relax knowing that I am in good hands. I highly recommend Rocco to anyone looking for assistance with a Residential design project !!!

The quality of work is top notch, and his customer service is A+++. The staircase the Nazario built for my house is really a piece of art, and at the same time is as solid as a bomb shelter. I used Heptagon for all the drywall and carpentry for my full house renovation. Doru was responsible for all the drywall work, wall framing, custom carpentry, and all interior trim. His work is exceptional. Everything he touched turned out wonderfully. Furthermore, he was more than willing, and fully capable, of taking on custom jobs. He replaced all my interior doors with custom sized 7 ft tall doors, along with doing the new framing for them. The result was a piece of art, and took the whole reno to a higher level. And when it comes to work ethic, you will find no better. He is always super punctual (in fact, it was common to see him show up half an hour early) and works like he is motor driven. You definitely get every penny's worth, and you will never find him sitting around on the job, or chatting on the phone. Highly Recommended for all your home reno needs !!!!!!!!! I ordered new windows from Clera for installation in my house. They were just installed last week, and look great. I went with black trim on the outside, which really matches the house well. Eugene (aka Gene) arranged the order and did the in-home consultation. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He helped me get the right windows for the space, at a price that was very competitive. He was always quick to return any messages that I left for him, and delivered the product on time. Great job!!! Miguel and his crew did the window installation. They also did a fantastic job, and left the jobsite as clean as when they arrived. Great work!!! I highly recommend Clera (and Gene and Miguel if you can get them) for your residential window purchase. They were amazing to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second using them again. This company is great! Mike, the Technician, arrived during the scheduled time period. He was polite, organized, and got straight to work. Not only did he do a great job installing the garage door opener, but he also took the time to explain how to program the remote, and some other features of the opener. Definitely a top-rated company. I was going to try and install the opener myself, but after I saw all the work that went into it, I am very glad I didnt try. Excellent work, Mike!!! Thank you!!!

I called around to at least half a dozen roofing companies trying to get a quote on a full roof replacement. To start with, only about half of them answered their phone, or returned my call within a reasonable amount of time (no, two weeks to return a business call is NOT a reasonable amount of time). Of the ones that did get back to me, only Terry from Toronto's Roofing, and one other company actually took the time to prepare a quote. Terry's quote was very fair, and the lower of the two. Talking to Terry, you will see right away that he is straight forward, and very knowledgeable. Each day that his crew was onsite, he was the first one there, and the last to leave. He also did a followup visit to make sure everything was good. His customer service is first rate. If you are having your roof done, I highly recommend Terry and Toronto Roofing. They are a top notch company.

Rocco came by the house today to provide assistance in planning a renovation. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He had a clear understanding of what we wanted to accomplish, and was straight to the point with his proposal. I would not hesitate to use him for any future job. Highly Recommended!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Installed undermount sink with silicone ONLY, no supporting brackets. Sink collapsed within first day of use (approximately 72 hours after installation), causing thousands of dollars in water damage. Currently in the process of professionally assessing the damage, and filing a legal claim to recoup the expenses for damage. There are major fitment issues also. Where the countertop meets the wall at places, there are gaps up to 3/8th of an inch, which they filled up with silicone. At one end of the countertop, it wouldnt fit the space, so they cut out the drywall to fit the countertop in. Absolutely terrible workmanship

Svea provided all the kitchen cabinets for our renovation. Right from our first meeting with Vlad from Svea, we could tell we were in good hands. Svea assisted us in choosing finishes, designing the layout, and completing the full installation. They even assigned an Interior Designer to our project (Nadia) to ensure that the end product would meet all our needs while looking its best. Throughout the entire process they were friendly, professional, and ALWAYS followed through with every commitment. A kitchen renovation is a big project. However, Svea completed their portion of the job, on-time and hassle-free. Their prices are very competitive with other custom offerings. We researched many kitchen cabinet suppliers/installers before we decided to go with Svea, and no other companies could even come close to the price vs quality and service that Svea offered. Svea is priced slightly higher than the big box stores (specifically, those with four letters and starting with an I), but with Svea you get so much more in terms of service, finishes, and options, that even the big Swedish company cant compete. And, you dont have to fumble around with an allen wrench and a drill, trying to put a bunch of boxes together and reading instructions with no words :) Svea does EVERYTHING for you, from start to finish. Everyone who sees the new kitchen is in awe, and the first thing they ask is 'where did you get it?' So, Im sure it wont be long before I start seeing Svea at the houses of my friends and colleagues. Great thing is though, every kitchen is custom, so they all are unique (unlike the big box offerings). If you hate to see another cookie-cutter kitchen, then Svea custom is definitely the way to go. In case it is not clear by now, I HIGHLY recommend Svea for your next kitchen reno. At very least, make sure you book an appointment with Vlad and check out their offerings before making a decision on who to go with. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

Adrian did an outstanding job. Completely redid the plumbing for the wall-hung toilet, vanity and new bath/shower. His pricing was very competitive, and his work was exemplary. He takes pride in his work. Highly Recommended!!!!
