On short notice, George came in to install a gas cooktop. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the cooktop, but he pointed me in the right direction to sort things out and then made a second trip to complete the installation.
George also pointed out some problems I was going to have with the installation of a double wall oven, helped remove the old oven and gave me solid advice for resolving my problems. Service above and beyond the call, as they say.
